Why We Started

"The values and the goodness of a society are best understood by observing how it takes care of its elderly."

India's families are working harder and dreaming bigger than ever before. But as both parents step into demanding careers, and families grow smaller and more scattered, a quiet crisis grows inside our homes — sick parents kept in hospitals far longer than necessary, simply because there is nowhere else for them to be cared for. We have watched people leave hard-earned careers and harder-achieved ambitions to care for their loved ones. WeGuard Healthcare exists to make sure love and livelihood never have to compete again.

Our Promise to You

We care, God cures.

We will treat your family member like our own. Every approved nurse we send is trained and checked. We will tell you, every day, what care was given. We will never hide bad news or speak carelessly — we know wrong words can scare a family more than the illness itself.

  • A daily report of the care given to your loved one
  • Honest and gentle talk — no confusion, no fear
  • A senior nurse and doctor always ready to help, behind every visit
  • Your feedback heard every day, before payment
What we ask from you Please tell us the full and true health history of your patient. Please give us your feedback every day. Please trust our nurses and doctors when they tell you what is best.
We expect you to treat our staff with dignity — a safe space to work, proper toilet facilities with privacy, and a comfortable place to stay. Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. Please keep valuables locked away in another room, to avoid any confusion later.
Our Promise to Our Caregivers

We guard you, so you can guard them.

Caregiving is hard work, and it is sacred work. We will never send you into a home alone with a problem too big for you. A senior nurse or doctor is always there to help you, any time, day or night.

  • Proper training and testing before you start work
  • Fair pay and respect for your dignity
  • Senior nurse and doctor support, 24 hours a day
  • Your hard work is noticed and valued
What we ask from you Please give true and sincere care, every single day. Please write a simple report of the care you gave at the end of each day. Please call for help the moment you are not sure — that is not weakness, that is good care.
We ask you to stand your ground and tell us right away about any bullying, intimidation, or abuse of any kind, or any other concern. Stay alert to risks you may face while working in the field.
How Our Care Works, Step by Step

Nothing about your loved one's care is left to chance.

Every visit follows the same careful steps — so care is never guesswork, and you always know what is happening in your own home.

Step 1

We Choose the Right Nurse

We match a trained nurse to your patient's exact needs, after looking at the clinical condition, home situation, and test reports.

Step 2

The Nurse Arrives

The nurse checks your patient's health and talks to your family before starting work.

Step 3

Care With Support

If the nurse is unsure about anything, she calls our senior nurse or doctor first — before doing anything risky.

Step 4

Daily Report

At the end of the day, the nurse writes a simple report of all the care given. We share it with your family.

Step 5

Your Feedback First

We ask you how the day went. Only after this, payment is completed.

Safety & Quality

How We Keep Care Safe

Kind care is not enough — it must also be correct and safe. That is why every nurse goes through real practice tests before working with patients. We also have senior nurses and emergency doctors on call, all day and night, to support every caregiver.

Practical training and testing before certification

Based on demand, an experienced nurse who has not yet completed our full credentialing process may be deployed by shared decision with the family.

Clear and simple qualification standards

Easy for any family to understand and verify.

Senior nurse and doctor support, always available

Every caregiver has a clear line to escalate, day or night.

A written report after every single visit

For the family, and for our own continuous review.

We Will Always Be Honest With You

Home care is powerful, but it has limits.

We will never promise more than we can safely do. We will always tell you clearly when a hospital is needed instead of home care.

What We Promise

Safe, trained, and supervised care at home for everyday health needs — and honest advice the moment hospital care is needed. Subject to availability of suitable staff — we will inform you upfront if a requirement cannot be fulfilled.

What We Ask From You

Please tell us early if your patient's condition changes. Please understand some situations need a hospital, not home care. Feel free to ask us anything, anytime — and please sign our form confirming you understand these limits.
